Traineeships for School/College Leavers

If you are a school or college leaver an Apprenticeship is a real job with training that enables you to ‘earn while you learn’ and at the same time achieve recognised qualifications whilst doing it.

Our Traineeship programme could be suitable if you are:

  • 16-24 – and for young people with an Educations, Health and Care (EHC) Plan up to the academic age 25
  • Have no qualifications above GSCE or equivalent
  • Unemployed, or work fewer than 16 hours per week

 

MiddletonMurray’s acclaimed pre-Apprenticeship traineeship is designed to enable young people aged 16-24 to unlock their potential and to prepare them for their future careers by helping them to become ‘work ready.’

Our award-winning traineeship programme is a 6-week training and job placement induction course that provides you with the confidence, skills and experience to find that all important first job and to taking that all important first step in starting your Apprenticeship in the industry of your choice.

Traineeships are an opportunity to gain real work experience and job skills, while improving your English and maths, if needed.
