Apprenticeship Training Agency (ATA)

ATA with MiddletonMurray – How does it work

  • A job description is agreed with the employer, detailing the job role that the Apprentice will undertake
  • We then market the job vacancy and match the person specification to our pool of candidates
  • Our recruitment team then shortlists a selection of candidates and sends the CVs to the employer
  • The employer selects those candidates that they would like to interview, which we then schedule
  • Following the interview process, the employer selects the candidate they would like to offer the position to
  • MiddletonMurray then employs the Apprentice on the employer’s behalf and pays them fortnightly through our online Apprentice payroll system
  • We arrange for the Apprentice to be trained by a recognised OFTSED Inspected Training Provider
  • We invoice the employer fortnightly in arrears to recoup the employment cost of your Apprentice

ATA with MiddletonMurray – What support we offer

  • A MiddletonMurray Account Manager is allocated for each Apprentice and employer and we offer quarterly reviews to ensure any problems and concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently
  • We provide security for the employer should, for whatever reason, they are not able to fulfil the Apprenticeship for the candidate

  • Timesheet approved every Monday to ensure the apprentice is paid correctly
  • Training and supporting the apprentice during their apprenticeship period
  • One day a week release for the apprentice to attend college
