Business Ethics policy
We expect and demand high standards of everyone we work with. This Code of Ethical Business Conduct spells out where we stand on legal issues, as well as quality, integrity, fairness, honesty, and respect for the rights of others.
We believe that our programme provides a good service to all our customers. Our Directors, Tutors, Assessors, Client Services Team and other staff work very hard to build positive relationships with all our customers. However, we are obliged to have procedures in place in case there are complaints.
Delivery Partner Fees and Charges Policy 2017-2018
The policy applies to all supply chain activity supported with funds supplied by the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA), or any successor organisations.
We are fully conscious of our responsibility to safeguard people and the planet, so this document covers our health and safety and environmental practices. Our intentions are supported by regular in-house training and reviews.
Staff vetting policy
As responsible employers, before we employ anyone new, we check they are who they say they are, have the experience they claim to have, and ensure there are no nasty surprises to uncover. This policy explains the steps we take.
Along with our staff and clients, we are actively working towards sustainability. This policy spells out exactly what we’re doing in this regard. Together, we can achieve more sustainable practices to benefit future generations.
