In the tough times for businesses, we are constantly inspired by our apprentices as they continue all the outstanding contribution and new challenges in their work place, whether it is taking strides in developing new skills, continuous progression and pure hard work.
This month we are proud to congratulate Chloe Harmer-Sinclair at Coyles Personnel who has won our Apprentice of the Month! Chloe successfully completed her Level 2 REC Recruitment qualification and achieved a distinction.
Chloe was nominated by her coach Ali Cairns for showing resilience and adapting to the switch of working from home at the same time as being recently promoted into a Recruitment Consultant. Her drive and work ethic has been clear to see Chloe has been motivated to exceed all expectations.
Angela Middleton MBE – CEO & Founder “I think it is such a good example of when you have a clear goal in mind and that is so important to enable you to achieve it as well, the fact that Chloe wanted a distinction and she set her sights on it which didn’t happen by accident but because Chloe was so determined to get there.”
Jenna Last – Area Manager at Coyles stated “Since Chloe started she set herself a goal of wanting a distinction and I am so pleased that she has been able to achieve it. With Chloe being quite vocal and wanting to complete her apprenticeship alongside going into her new role as a Recruitment Consultant, she is now using everything she has learnt and pushing forward. She is an asset to our team.”
Chloe will continue make strides within her career and she will thrive off all the new challenges and opportunities given to her.
