MiddletonMurray an award-winning training provider are currently looking to appoint a team of professional, proactive Graduates who wish to develop their careers as Apprenticeship trainers. This is an exceptional opportunity where you are paid whilst training and will receive a qualification that will make you a sought-after commodity within the work place.
It’s the 4th cohort of our successful programme and you would be starting on a salary of £20k plus commission and company bonus. The position is permanent and you can be located in Essex, Kent or South East London. The role will see you conducting on the job learning which will lead you to become a qualified Apprentice Trainer. If you are passionate about helping people develop their careers, have excellent communication skills, high energy and are driven to inspire and motivate then this is the role for you.

MiddletonMurray are passionate about CPD and training and you will be supported to develop your career further after the initial training programme.
Apprenticeship Trainers support and assess people conducting apprenticeships, making sure that they meet the occupational standards needed to achieve their qualification. You will be helping people of all ages to develop their careers. The role will see you conducting on the job learning which will lead you to become a qualified Apprentice Trainer. Once qualified you will guide a cohort of learners through specific Apprenticeship frameworks and ensure the qualification is delivered to an excellent standard. The role involves conducting training both in the classroom and at the workplace.
