Business Systems Manager £50k LondonThis is an excellent opportunity to work for an employer of choice. The successful candidate will be the focal point within the organisation for the day-to-day management, ongoing development planning and administration of core IT business systems. The role requires the post-holder to both understand the business of the organisation, and the capabilities, requirements and capacity of the principle IT systems that underpin the organisation. The Business Systems Manager will take ownership of the Customer Relationship Management system, (CRM), the finance system, exam processing system and the web. The close integration of these systems means that the post-holder will need to possess an understanding of all the systems and have ownership and overview of interfaces between them. For this position working knowledge of the following is required:1.ÔQualifications in Prince2 or other project management techniques, and the ability to work within a systematic framework an advantage2.ÔExperience of using Microsoft Project and office applications3.ÔExperience of change management, business and systems analysis4.ÔKnowledge of one or more business systems, with related certification being a distinct advantage:a.ÔMicrosoft CRMb.ÔMicorsoft Great Plainsc.ÔEktron Web Content Management.ÔAriadne Exam Processing SystemÔÔThis is an opportunity to combine your IT and business skills as well as working in a friendly and supportive environment.
