September 2007 - MiddletonMurray held
their 2 day strategy conference in London. The event
was attended by all staff and incorporated presentations
from our consultants regarding the progress within their
specialist areas, interspersed with ‘The Apprentice’
style challenges! Not only was this enjoyed by all but
it also gave us the time and opportunity to re-group,
assess our strengths and weaknesses and develop further
initiatives to benefit our loyal client base. MiddletonMurray
are proud that they have had zero staff turnover in
the last 2 years and believe this is largely attributed
to the team ethos perpetuated throughout the company.
This of course benefits our clients and candidates as
they are able to build long term relationships with
us! |
