Apprenticeships

In partnerships with business across London we work to provide pre-apprenticeship programmes which help to get young people real skills and real experience.

The pre-apprenticeship programme is run every month and we recruit around 20 – 30, 16 to 18 year olds at the start of every month.

During the four week intense course the leaners are given a variety of different training opportunities including,

• Maths
• English
• IT
• Office Professionalism, telephone manner and how to construct an email.
• Interview technique and CV training.

Following competing the pre-apprenticeship training the learners are then placed with businesses to undertake an apprenticeship programme. Throughout the programme young people are mentored by our own trainers.
